摘要: In this article, we address the problem of confusion and co-text-loss in chat communication, identify requirements for a solution, discuss related work present new approach addressing co-text loss text-based chats. We report about first experiences with our solution give an outlook on future directions. The core idea MuViChat (multiple-visualization chat) is to support multiple visualizations referenced transcripts which users can choose their preferred view. offer different possibilities follow understand communication thereby diminish often occurs standard systems. By enabling recording replaying discussions extensible modular architecture are supporting evaluation further integration advanced visualization concepts.
