摘要: Abstract Background The infant's own mother's milk, fortified with proteins, minerals, and vitamins, is considered the best food for low-birth-weight infants. This paper describes process to obtain a liquid human milk fortifier. Methods fortifier comprises protein concentrate, calcium, phosphate, zinc salts, as well vitamins A D. powdered whey extracted from bovine was concentrated 31.5–76.8 g/100 g using repetitive dialysis. concentrate dissolved in 0.2 M phosphate buffer pH 7.4 mixed calcium-glycerophosphate calcium-gluconate, D, folic acid, zinc. Each 10 mL of this has 0.78 protein, 53 mg 36 0.93 Results Repetitive dialysis did not modify structure demonstrated by electrophoresis. total 95% lactose content discarded. Enriching increased concentration per deciliter all added nutrients; proteins 1.68–2.35 g, calcium 26–90 mg, phosphorus, 15–51 mg. Conclusions successfully manufactured noncomplex procedure. An intake 180–200 mL/kg/day premature infant would satisfy nutritional requirements achieve expected growth development.
