摘要: Folic acid is an essential vitamin required for important steps in the synthesis of purines and pyrimidines, amino metabolism. Humans, contrast to plants, bacteria, yeast, are unable synthesize folates de novo thus depend on adequate dietary supply extent at least 50 µg/day nonpregnant adults (Herbert, 1971). Moreover, normal function requires that these be properly absorbed, distributed throughout organism, used by cells.
