摘要: Protein kinases are quintessential regulators of cellular function. Numerous pathologies intimately linked to the dysregulated activity a particular protein kinase. Herein we report technology based on proximity-induced chemical transformation that enables detection and imaging specific kinases. Using two probes target nucleotide-binding site substrate binding kinase respectively, reagents appended brought within reactive distance thereby enabling transformation. The reaction used for sensing is ruthenium-photocatalyzed reduction pyridinium immolative linker, which uncages fluorophore (rhodamine). We demonstrate this can be discriminate between closely related with high signal noise ratio. further operates complexity context good correlation level fluorescence output.
