摘要: In this study we extracted DNA from feces of the Japanese serow and developed a PCR-based sex identification method using amelogenin gene. Fecal was by phenol chloroform with purification CTAB method. Analysis PCR products showed clear female male banding patterns one homozygous band (AMEL XX) 2 or 3 heterozygous bands XY), respectively, lengths approximately 250 bp 200-300 bp, electrophoresis on 2% agarose gel. Determination possible for fecal samples collected rectum serows in 38 40 individuals (95%), designations were completely consistent determination physical examination. successful 5 6 masses (83.3%) Takizawa Forest, judged to be origin origin.
