摘要: Different types of biocers were prepared by dispersing vegetative cells, spores and surface layer proteins (S-layers) Bacillus sphaericus JG-A12 in aqueous silica nanosols, gelling or coating on glass, drying. The enzymatic activity embedded B. cells depends noticeably the water content biocer. are destroyed drying shrinkage network whereas retain their ability for germination. biosorption uranium copper these biocomposites was investigated. Biocers with possess highest metal binding capacity compared to matrices S-layers. An additional increasement is achieved using penetration reagents like sorbitol. For renewed use biosorpted can be completely removed from citric acid. as biocomponent offers new interesting possibilities preparation storage-stable bioactive biocers.
