摘要: The effect of dextran infusions upon the bleeding time was studied in 22 women and 235 men. In 42 % subjects infusion one liter 6 solution measurably prolonged time; 8% after exceeded 30 minutes. maximal from three to nine hours not accounted for by any demonstrable dilution or reduction fibrinogen thrombocytes. Comparison preparations showed that those highest molecular weight had most marked prolonging time. use dextrans as plasma expanders carries a risk serious failure hemostatic mechanism is contraindicated patients who are known have tendency bleed received large transfusions whole blood.
