摘要: This chapter addresses the control room operator’s task and issue of ‘what operators control’. A definition term complex technical system is provided, followed by an introduction constituents a such as interconnectivity, dynamic effects, non-transparency crew coordination affordances. In order to understand complexity, plant operation team roles are explained. list operators’ tasks well differences between process industries batch/mix process/flow relevant for understanding tasks. The constituent characteristics introduced. Finally, distinction made routine non-routine normal abnormal situations work conditions context factors be considered in training design.
