摘要: Abstract A new clean extraction technology for the decomposition of Bayan Obo mixed rare earth concentrate by NaOH roasting is proposed. The process mainly includes to decompose and HCl leaching roasted ore. effects temperature, time, addition amount on factors such as concentration, liquid-solid ratio, temperature time dissolution kinetics ore were studied. experimental results show that when 550 °C 60 min, mass ratio NaOH:rare 0.60:1, concentration 6.0 mol/L, liquid solid was (L/S) 6.0:1.0, 90 °C, 45 stirring speed 200 r/min, could reach 92.5%. relevant data conforms shrinking core model, but control mechanism chemical reaction different different.
