摘要: Karyotypic analysis was performed for 11 genotypes of chickpea (Cicer arietinum L.) in order to determine their potential genetic relationships. Pretreatment root tips 8-hydroxyquinoline, followed by fixation Lewitsky solution and hydrolysis 1N NaOH at 60°C, then staining aceto-iron-hematoxylin 15-20 h, confirmed a somatic chromosome number 2n = 16 all genotypes. This karyotype consisted of: pair with the longest satellited submetacentric chromosome, shortest metacentric six pairs chromosomes. Intraspecific variabilities were observed haploid length, primary constriction position karyotypic formula. But studied showed same asymmetry, 1B. Haploid genome length ranged from 24.88 μm±0.50 G6 (Bieanij cv) 18.48±0.60 μm G10 (Flip93-93c cv). Cluster classified three groups, having different sizes chromosomes arms.
