摘要: Classic modelling and control techniques used in biomedicine physiology, specific applications are reviewed. Continuous-time models the original nonlinear ordinary differential equation (ODE) form first presented, followed by linearization into state space form. The Laplace transform is to create transfer function models. An overview of continuous-time PID then discussed. Discrete-time discrete-time forms controllers Model predictive developed, a summary fuzzy logic artificial neural networks based methods provided. Finally, number biomedical reviewed, including closed-loop pancreas, intensive care unit blood glucose control, drug infusion anesthesiology clinical pharmacology.
