摘要: Over the last few decades there has been an increased focus on results within development cooperation, and intense debate regarding possible success or failures of efforts. However, is no general agreement what a result is, why whose should be reported. The understanding entails also shifted over time. This article aims to contribute current by exploring how one donor, Sweden, historically conceptualized in its policies strategies cooperation. A review all Swedish cooperation published between 1962 2013, reveals that shift are conceptualized: from being mere instrument for supporting partner countries pursuing more effective interventions, reporting become main strategic tools
