Resonator structure with high etching error tolerance for application in HTS filters

摘要: Dimensional errors introduced during the etching process in fabrication of a planar microwave circuit can significantly affect performance circuit. Full-wave electromagnetic simulations are used to study influence on high temperature superconductor (HTS) resonators. Resonators with self-coupling found have tolerance for error. This kind resonator be useful applications HTS resonators and filters.
