摘要: The development of predictive models customer abandonment plays a central role in any churn management strategy. These can be developed using either qualitative approaches or take data-centred point view. In the latter case, use Data Mining procedures and techniques provide useful actionable insights into processes leading to abandonment. this report, we brief structured review some that have been put forward recent academic literature for prediction.
