摘要: The lattice parameters a ( T ) and c as function of temperature for rhombohedral-Cr 2 Se 3 trigonal-Cr Te have been measured in the range between 15 K 300 K. As increases, Cr increases up to magnetic order-order transition t above which it suddenly shrinks with change Δ / =-1.1×10 -3 , while smoothly through . In decreases about 250 then measured. obtained results are qualitatively discussed on relation beteen moment stability volumetric expansion.
