摘要: One-hundred cylindrical pull-through ceramic-metal test specimens were subjected to shear loading forces. Two porcelain systems treated in association with five ceramic alloys--one precious, one semiprecious, and three nonprecious alloys. 1. There was no significant difference bond strength between Ceramco Vita porcelains. 2. The various alloys tested demonstrated significantly different strengths. 3. Differential statistical tests suggested that performed better than porcelain. 4. of fused alloy N-C2 greater Ceramic traditional gold-based 5. Nonprecious N-C1 produced less the 6. Semiprecious W high strengths both 7. a reliable, reproducible method testing strength. 8. surface roughness appears be common factor relates large differences Additional must made verify this hypothesis.
