摘要: The dependence of the irreversibility field on concentration and distribution holes over crystals superconducting cuprates Cu-1212:P (or `123') structure was investigated. A series samples, , exhibiting a variety doping levels distributions caused by Ca substitution for Yb (x = 0.25 0.35) O employed. x-ray absorption near-edge-structure results previously obtained same samples were used to derive hole among different oxygen sites. Moreover, neutron-diffraction data measured crystal utilized observe gradual changes in local crystallographic accordance with and/or doping, estimate concentrations via bond-valence-sum calculations. It generally concluded that more homogeneous was, improved characteristics.
