摘要: A theory of the subgap conductance a hybrid superconductor{endash}normal-metal ({ital S}/{ital N}) quantum interferometer consisting two tunnel junctions in contact with an {ital N} layer is developed. The oscillatory dependence system G} on phase difference between superconductors {var_phi} shown to be due proximity effect, i.e., penetration condensate into region. G}({var_phi}) found for cases both weak and strong effects. This can radically change its shape form qualitatively when voltage varied. amplitude oscillations appears large case effect. Different layouts are considered including there third junction or point conductor electrode. {copyright} 1996 American Physical Society.}
