摘要: A conventional laser Raman spectrometer has been modified and used to obtain useful spectra from discrete solid particles as small 0.7 μm in linear dimensions. Spectra obtained single, micrometer-sized of several inorganic organic compounds are reported. Simplified calculations discussed which provide an estimate detectability levels other problems associated with these measurements. Certain parameters that must be considered the design instrument especially intended for use chemical characterization single fine reviewed light this work.
