摘要: A conventional laser Raman spectrometer has been modified and used to obtain useful spectra from discrete solid particles as small 0.7 μm in linear dimensions. Spectra obtained single, micrometer-sized of several inorganic organic compounds are reported. Simplified calculations discussed which provide an estimate detectability levels other problems associated with these measurements.
