摘要: Abstract The crystallization product of an amorphous ni80P20 alloy has been studied using X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). is composed two phasese: body-central tetragonal (b.c.t.) Ni3 P compound face-central cubic (f.c.c.) Ni austenite, a new set orientation relationships between them obtained: b.c.t. // f.c.c., b.c.t.// f.c.c. According to the relationships, possible interface model crystals was proposed. An observation cyrstals carried out by means high-resolution (HREM). morphology products characterized separated cyrstalline blocks phases, in which contain many kinds defects.
