摘要: The uncertain multi-attribute decision-making problems because of the information about attribute weights being known partly, and decision maker's preference on alternatives taking form interval numbers complementary to judgment matrix, are investigated. First, information, based subjective matrix is made uniform by using a translation function, then an objective programming model established. obtained solving model, thus overall values gained additive weighting method. Second, ranked, continuous ordered weighted averaging (C-OWA) operator. A new approach problems, with proposed. It characterized simple operations can be easily implemented computer. Finally, practical example illustrated show feasibility availability developed
