摘要: Hintergrund: Die intraoperative Lagerung bei laparoskopischer kolorektaler Resektion ist aufwendiger als konventionellen Verfahren und stellt ein mogliches thromboembolisches Risiko dar. Wir haben untersucht, ob diese erhohte Belastung laparoskopisch assistierten Kolonresektionen das Befinden der Patienten in fruhen postoperativen Phase, also vom Operationstag bis zum 4.
