摘要: This research is motivated by the unsustainable nature of some oil and gas (O&G) firms’ activities, especially in developing countries dearth works about sustainable procurement (SP) within these countries. The O&G sector characterized complexity known to generate several negative impacts on humans environment. Our literature review reveals how SP practices can help improve environmental, social economic performance practising firms, thereby leading development their immediate communities society general. aim this explore Nigerian investigate firms achieve goals. A questionnaire was used collect primary data, which analysed using exploratory factor analysis ascertain level relationship between variables, consisting aspects sustainability. findings did not only indicate that goals (SDGs) be achieved through adoption practices, but it also shows companies. result further indicates government policies regulations constitute a key driving force for adopt practices.
