摘要: The Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia (MOHE) has seen an inflow international students in seeking education and experiences its higher institutions learning (HILs). However, majority the are non-native English-speaking (NNES) they require extensive support to strengthen their English language proficiency. public HILs have now placed proficiency as priority when deciding on enrollment (Abd Samad, Syed Abd Rahman & Norbaiti, 2009). These made it compulsory for sit a standardized test measure determining ability at university entry point. From overall findings, is prominent notice that tests bring significant benefits towards students, educators HILs. Regardless, achieving academic social excellence entails more than just advanced level Other aspect such various personal factors play vital role students’ excellence, well. Hence, future study, researcher going conduct empirical investigation one HILs, Universiti Teknologi (UTM) following: i)the programs conducted by Language Academy, UTM assisting achieve required success postgraduate level; ii) complex nature relationship through integration evaluated presence other variables behaviour, attitude, motivation, stress, anxiety, study time student work; iii) difficulties faced foreign country fulfilling UTM.
