摘要: The effect of internal and external pH, on the components Ca2+ efflux have been investigated in internally dialyzed squid axons. (1) Internal pH: a fall intracellular pH (below 7.3) inhibited both ATP-dependent uncoupled (Ca2+ pump) (50% at pHi 6.3) Na0+-dependent (forward Na+/Ca2+ exchange) 6.8). alkalinization to 8.8 had no component but markedly increases (4-fold) efflux. (2) External altering from 7.3 9.0 mechanism. In absence Ca02+, pH0 caused reduction magnitude pump. This inhibition is enhanced by presence medium. As for case sarcoplasmic reticulum Ca2+-ATPase, this combined inhibitory high Ca2+0 most probably related reversal cycle ATP driven marked differences dependence support model two separate mechanisms extrusions axons: pump exchange.
