摘要: Adipose tissue contains a variety of immune cells, which vary in abundance and phenotype with obesity. The contribution cell-derived factors to inflammatory, fibrotic metabolic alterations adipose is not well established human Human primary including pre-adipocytes, endothelial cells mature adipocytes, were used investigate deregulation cell- pathway-specific gene profiles. Among known alter biology, we focus on inflammatory (IL-1β IL-17) pro-fibrotic (TGF-β1) factors. rIL-1β rIL-17 induced concordant pro-inflammatory transcriptional programs pre-adipocytes markedly more potent effect IL-1β than IL-17. None these cytokines had significant fibrogenesis-related expression, contrasting rTGF-β1-induced up-regulation extracellular matrix components In all three promoted down-regulation genes functionally involved lipid storage release. IL-17 impacted adipocyte relation their respective capacity, while the TGF-β1 occurred face an anti-inflammatory signature. These data revealed that virtually no but promote inflammation dysfunction tissue, prominent role for IL-1β.
