摘要: A three-step reaction process was proposed to prepare the Bi-system superconductor based on principles of physical chemistry. High-temperature chemical reactions in preparation superconductor, high-temperature behaviour superconducting phases, superconductivity material and critical current density Ag-sheathed composite tape were studied. found obey metallurgical Heat treatment temperature composition shown have an important effect formation high-Tc phase, 2212 2223 phases melted incongruently at 875 882 degrees C, respectively, liquid phase consist a 2201 type compound Cu4O3. The best value obtained over 1.3*104 cm-1 (77 K, 0 T).
