摘要: Abstract Cu/PSi (copper/porous silicon) nanocomposite powder was prepared by chemical etching of silicon (Si) in a HF/HNO3 solution, followed electrodless plating copper nanoparticles on the etched PSi solution containing CuSO4 as metal precursor. The resulting characterized X–ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), cyclic voltammetry (CV) and FT–IR spectroscopy. support show good electrochemical stability well electrocatalytic effect Glc oxidation, hence used to modify carbon paste electrode (CPE) fabricate non-enzymatic sensor. activity investigated for oxidation alkaline neutral solutions using chronoamperometry. novel developed sensor displayed fast amperometric response time less than 4 s, long stability, signal reproducibility two linear ranges from 1.0 190.0 μmol dm−3 190 μmol 2.3 mmol with detection limit 0.2 μmol dm−3. exhibited no interference common interferences such ascorbic acid, dopamine, uric fructose citric acid. analytical performance, low cost easy preparation method made this material promising development effective
