摘要: Intestinal intussusception secondary to a metastatic melanoma. Case report Cutaneous melanoma is one of the extra-abdominal cancers that more commonly originates metastases in gastrointestinal tract. We 63 years old male presenting with iron defi ciency anemia and episo- des bleeding, history lower eyelid excised 13 ago, negative surgical margins. During follow up, patient consulted emergency room for an intestinal obstruction. An abdominal CAT scan showed ileal-ileal intussusception. The was operated involved segment excised. pathological study piece disclosed pigmented polypoid had uneventful postoperative evolution.
