摘要: Abstract The study was on the effect of project leadership and team composition construction performance in Nigeria. A total 60 questionnaires drawn from leaders comprising 12 each architecture, building, civil engineering, estate surveying, quantity surveying were collected used for study. Data analysed using descriptive statistics Pearson product–moment correlation. tests hypotheses led to conclusion that there significant relationship between leader's professional qualification, his style, overall performance.
