摘要: We compare surface brightness and magnetic field maps for the K0 dwarf AB Doradus, obtained using two independently developed Zeeman Doppler imaging codes. find that even fine structure in sets of images shows excellent agreement. Magnetic appear to be less sensitive line-modelling effects than maps. argue these results point consistency reliability techniques when poorly sampled data sets, provided spectra used are sufficiently high signal-to-noise ratio.
