摘要: Formulations comprising a neuroactive steroid, such as allopregnanolone; and optionally cyclodextrin, including a.beta.-cyclodextrin, sulfo butyl ether.beta.-cyclodextrin (CAPTISOL). Also included are methods of using the steroid formulation in treating CNS disorders, traumatic brain injury, status epilepticus, seizure.
