摘要: Aspartic proteases (APs) one of the main proteinase classes, have different physiological functions in animals, fungi and viruses. In plants, knowledge biological roles APs is less well developed. An AP has been purified from potato tuber leaves (Guevara et al., 1999, 2001). this paper, changes level response to infection by Phytophthora infestans (P. infestans) wounding were studied intercellular washing fluids (IWFs) disks two cultivars differing their susceptibility P. infestans. A differential induction was observed between both cultivars: resistant cultivar, higher faster infected tissues than wounded ones. susceptible a lower later accumulation cultivar. addition, had direct inhibitory effect on germination cysts conidia Fusarium solani. The pattern vitro activity suggest that enzyme may role defense potato.
