摘要: Vaginal candidiasis is a common problem of clinical practice. Many studies have been conducted to explain its origin but only few included Polish women. The aim the study was determine prevalence and similarity oral, anal vaginal Candida albicans strains isolated from women with candidiasis. involved 20 37 recruited Swab samples were collected their vagina, anus, oral cavity at two-month intervals. All treated nystatin. Yeast recovered identified by germ-tube test, API /Vitek system, typed ZYM RAPD-PCR. Chi-square test used analyze data. A total 170 isolates 180 3 times sites Positive yeast cultures found in all patients before administration recovery rate decreased statistically significant both follow-up visits (p= 0.001; p= 0.003). same different genotypes/biotypes concomitantly body and/ or repeatedly time interval site. results support concept dynamic exchange within one woman endogenous exogenous
