摘要: Systematic errors occur in the reports of disease frequency derived from health surveys based on questionnaire interviews. Five hundred and thirty-three persons with clinically histologically confirmed a case-control study cancer were interviewed their homes by carefully trained interviewers using standardized interview schedule. Comparisons information obtained about past history registry hospital medical record same people revealed serious underestimates correct wide variation rates reporting. The findings reported here elsewhere add support to an essential requirement survey research: completeness accuracy responses must be verified methods verification before results can interpreted confidence.
