摘要: The aim of this paper was to assess the influence diet on concentrations total mercury (HgTOT) in eggs aquatic birds. Trophic level determined using stable isotopes (δ15N, δ13C). Analysis carried out (laid 2010–2012) belonging two species terns nesting at River Vistula outlet Gulf Gdansk and herring gulls both Gdynia harbour dam Wloclawek. results show that seafood causes highest load mercury, which is transferred into eggs. amounts accumulated obtained were found be different particular egg components with Hgalbumen > Hgyolk Hgmembrane Hgshell. In gull eggs, three stages embryo development varying levels determined. It observed received from albumen yolk most effectively removed when developing down.
