摘要: The paper initially outlines selected uncertainties influencing climate change and their linkages with hydrology which have led to only a small section of the hydrological community (divided into 2 groups) being pro-active. Due foregoing uncertainties, strategy adopted in this will be focus on principal conclusions from controlled experimental catchment studies related process connected land-use arising anthropogenic influences. underlying philosophy is that even major natural disruptions cause ecohydrological shifts response landscapes such changes may indicated recent research evaluating man-made impacts. assesses existing work undertaken both closed forests humid tropics open tropical semi-arid regions based mostly experimentation headwater catchments. Such are concerned responses impacts forest conversion total water yield and, turn, processes dry weather flow (delayed flow) storm runoff (quickflow). By taking above approach, possible inferred, including some consideration given outputs atmospheric General Circulation Models (GCMs) using Amazon basin as an example.
