摘要: An innovative method based on the membrane bioreactor (MBR) technology was developed as a potential remedy for water shortage. MBRs attracted much attention in field of wastewater treatment and reuse. It is reported from many researchers that feasible an efficient wastewater. However, are faced to fouling which lead short lifetime increase operating costs. Here we modified polyethersulfone (PES) ultrafiltration by blending O-carboxymethyl chitosan/ Fe3O4 nanoparticles PES solution (14% polymer weight) casted phase inversion process. Membranes with four different weight percentage O-Carboxymethyl chitosan bound magnetic (OCMCs-Fe3O4) 0.05, 0.10, 1 wt. % were tested. The OCMCS-Fe3O4 prepared binding carboxymethyl (CC) onto surface nanoparticles, co-precipitating method. synthesized characterized Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) technique. Moreover, nanoparticales blend membranes also using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), permeation tests. Antifouling performance studied activated sludge biological suspension measuring pure flux recovery ratio (FRR). 0.1 OCMCS-Fe3O4-PES revealed highest FRR value (89%). results exhibited addition high compared unmodified membrane.
