The Influences of Varied Processing Techniques on the Performance of Polyvinyl Butyral and High Reliability of Polyvinyl Butyral-Based Glass-Glass Modules

摘要: Three different techniques, i.e. one-step lamination, lamination+autoclave and rolling+autoclave, were comparatively studied for the processing of polyvinyl butyral (PVB) film. The influences techniques on mechanical performance, transmittance adhesion strength between glass PVB investigated. Further, with three processes before after damp heat test UV radiation was measured. obtained results demonstrate that employment autoclave process is beneficial performance as well its glass. on-based modules exhibited high reliability during thermal cycle test.
