摘要: Profitable production demands continuously improved maintenance decision accuracy for reducing/avoiding failures and unplanned stoppages due to their consequences. More accurate decisions prolong life length of components, consequently machines, maintain the running longer. When a condition-monitoring (CM) value exceeds significant (warning) level, it clear understanding what happened how will develop in next future avoid failures. In addition CM reliable information concerning probability failure, residual lifetime, when is most profitable time conducting maintenance. Companies strive reduce cost order increase possibility offering customers lower prices generating additional competitive advantages. But applying new technologies enhancing maintenance, performances, company competitiveness counters many problems industry. this paper, innovative e-maintenance support system (eMDSS) introduced; facing successful implementation eMDSS based on case study are introduced discussed.
