摘要: The heat shock protein HspQ (YccV) of Escherichia coli has been proposed to participate in the retardation replication initiation cells with dnaA508 allele. In this study, we have determined 2.5-A-resolution X-ray structure trimer HspQ, which is also first a member YccV superfamily. acidic character suggests an interaction surface basic proteins.
