摘要: Microorganisms are constantly interacting in a given environment by constant exchange of signaling molecules. In timber, wood-decay fungi will come into contact with other and bacteria. naturally bleached wood, dark, pigmented lines arising from confrontation two often hint at such interactions. The metabolites (and pigment) was investigated using the lignicolous basidiomycete Schizophyllum commune, co-occurring bacteria inoculated directly on sterilized or media. interactions competitive wood degrading fungi, yeasts bacteria, different competition strategies communication types were observed, stress reactions, as well competitor-induced enzymes pigments analyzed. Melanin, indole, flavonoids carotenoids shown to be induced S. commune genes included multi-copper oxidases lcc1, lcc2, mco1, mco2, mco3 mco4, possibly involved both pigment production lignin degradation typical for bleaching fungi.
