摘要: Abstract Nanocrystalline zinc sulfide particles have been prepared by the gas-phase condensation method. By this method material is evaporated in presence of a few Torr Helium; so that, collisions with inert gas atoms, atoms lose kinetic energy and condense form ultrafine nanometers diameter. The obtained has characterized XRD (X-Ray Diffraction), TEM (Transmission Electron Microscopy) UV–Vis absorption spectroscopy. ZnS powder shows an homogeneous particle size distribution mean crystallite diameter 8 nm. quantum effect on band-gap energy, as measured spectroscopy, correlated nanostructured material.
