摘要: So far, little is known about the effect of nutrition and lifestyle on composition circulating lipoprotein subfractions. In current study, we measured correlations among physical activity, nutrient intake, smoking, body-mass index (BMI), age with concentration triglycerides, cholesterol, phospholipids, apolipoproteins (ApoA1, ApoA2 ApoB) in subfractions LDL HDL 265 healthy working men. Concentrations ApoB small, dense atherogenic particles (sdLDL) correlated negatively (p<0.001) those ApoA1 HDL2, respectively. Age positively sdLDL while increasing BMI an shift from large, buoyant (lbLDL) to decreasing concentrations HDL2 constituents. Physical activity alcohol intake constituents components. Consumption monounsaturated fatty acids (MUFA) a lower ratio cholesterol. A favorable subfraction profile linked reduced risk cardiovascular disease men was associated moderate consumption, dietary MUFA, which might be exploited future interventions for prevention age- BMI-associated shifts
