摘要: Abstract The surface free energy of antiphase boundaries in the body centered cubic AB -type alloy and related structures is discussed for nonzero temperatures using pair approximation Bragg-Williams approximation. Two kinds walls are discussed: P -wall W -wall. In b.c.c. {110} wall former {100} latter. For each direction, atomic-plane-center case interstitial-plane-center differentiated. -wall, interstitial-center shown to be more stable, which entropy vanishes at absolute zero. atomic-center interstitial have nearly same energy, but does not vanish stable cases, energies resulting from use approximations agree well when plotted against T / c .
