摘要: Dopamine D2 receptor (DRD2) deficiency increases renal inflammation and blood pressure in mice. We show here that long-term renal-selective silencing of Drd2 using siRNA expression proinflammatory profibrotic factors To determine the effects rescue mice, DRD2 was first silenced 14 days later rescued by retrograde infusion adeno-associated virus (AAV) vector with DRD2. Renal treatment decreased protein 55%, AAV increased 7.5- to 10-fold. Renal-selective reduced kidney injury, preserved function, normalized systolic diastolic pressure. These results demonstrate deleterious on function were overexpression Moreover, 45-minute bilateral ischemia/reperfusion mice ameliorated a increase ureteral immediately after induction injury. Thus, factors, serum creatinine, lower infused than those control AAV. indicate an important role limiting injury preserving normal
