摘要: Statistical and computational models have been used worldwide by the researchers to forecast time series. This paper implements two techniques; Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average Neural Networks backpropagation algorithm predict wind speed series for Gwadar, a coastal city of Balochistan. Based on forecast, power output has estimated 50MW farm, choosing appropriate turbine optimum hub elevation installation turbine. Furthermore, financial study is presented such farm at Gwadar. For selection, 317 turbines various ratings manufacturers were surveyed through software different elevations — 60m, 80m, 100m 120m. The results show that capture trend in more accurately than its statistical counterpart. Also, installing Gwadar found be 100m. Annual energy production under these circumstances 58.31 GWh/year.
