Isoconversional kinetic study of the thermal decomposition of sugarcane straw for thermal conversion processes

摘要: The aim of this work was investigate the kinetics thermal decomposition reaction sugarcane straw. experiments were conducted at four heating rates (1.25, 2.5, 5 and 10°C/min) in a thermogravimetric analyzer using nitrogen as inert atmosphere. kinetic analysis carried out applying isoconversional method Friedman, activation energies obtained varied from 154.1kJ/mol to 177.8kJ/mol. model determined through master plots, corresponding two-dimensional diffusion. pre-exponential factor 1.82*10(9)s(-1) by linearization conversion rate equation function inverse absolute temperature, concerning energy 149.7kJ/mol, which are order magnitude for biomass reported literature. Finally, theoretical experimental data showed very good agreement, indicating that these results could be used future process modeling involving
