摘要: In 2014, the Canary Islands were exposed to a decision-making process for an oil drilling project 80 kilometers offshore. Whereas national government was in favor of drilling, local against it because environmental impact, and effect on tourism coastal ecosystem. this study, we analyze reactions community by connecting beliefs, perceived benefits, risk, procedural justice, negative emotions, acceptance through tested structural equation model. The results showed that essentially explained benefits whereas justice predicted emotions. Several differences between males females found. These are discussed relation importance understanding effects emotional type population before final decision making.
