摘要: The article studies velocities of P-waves and S-waves in a natural sandstone specimen exposed to axial thrust. cylindrical core 1 m long 0.08 diameter is composed different size blocks. Anomalous the (4–6 kHz) have been revealed by measurements taken whole specimen, its separate blocks at contacts surfaces between are much smaller than interblock detain decelerate waves. With spacing blocks, wave linearly drop anomalously low vales (hundreds m/s). higher pressure on nonlinearly grow time delay reduces. curve VP / VS-pressure has peak (1 MPa) that appears for specimen. anomalous VS alleged appear due inelastic processes microcontact under acoustic propagation blocky medium.
